Enquiries, suggestions and tip-offs are received at desk@newsbar.hr and are dealt with in the order in which they are received. NewsBar® does not guarantee a reply, but does guarantee receipt.

02Correction and reply

A request for the publication of a correction or reply shall be addressed in writing to the editor-in-chief at ispravak@mail.newsbar.hr; requests are decided upon applying the Media Act (Zakon o medijima) mutatis mutandis. The request should contain a link to the publication, the text of the correction or reply and the details of the person submitting it.

03Content reports and complaints

A comment is reported using the PRIJAVI button next to the comment; other content which you consider to be illegal is reported to desk@newsbar.hr. A complaint against a decision concerning a comment or an account is submitted to the same address within six months. The procedure is described in the Terms of Use and the Commenting Rules.
